Sophie Fletcher Designs takes every reasonable care to ensure that information provided on the website is accurate and up to date. Sophie Fletcher Designs cannot be held liable for any errors, omissions or inaccuracies, however caused.
Our products are suitable for surfboards, skateboards, walls, windows or even rubbish bins! However we cannot guarantee on the preparation or paint work and how your walls react to our products. Bubbles can be expected, if applied poorly. Worst case you can pin prick the little bubble and smooth out. Sophie Fletcher Designs will not refund for incorrect application. Instructions are supplied with the design you receive and on sophiefletcherdesigns.com .
Product colour may differ to those on-screen. Refunds and returns of products due to colour not matching on-screen colour will not be accepted.
If ordering from overseas, please be wary of local import charges as these extra charges are out of our control.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All items are designed & made on the Gold Coast, Australia.
Standard shipping within Australia is $10 - $12.50. To upgrade to Express shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $15.
International orders ship from $25. Shipping options are available once you’re at checkout.
Please allow 1-7 business days for processing.
Your stickers will be shipped by Australia Post. Standard postage times can vary from 2-14 business days within Australia. International orders can take up to 5 weeks for delivery.
If you need your item quickly and live in a metro area of Australia, upgrade to the express post option.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
If there is a fault with the product or it is not as described, we will replace your item. Items must be returned within 30 days. Used, damaged or ‘change of mind’ products will not be accepted or refunded. Buyers to pay postage on returns.
Please throughly read the instructions supplied with the sticker before application.
Refunds and returns for products that were damaged whilst applying to a wall or applied incorrectly will not be accepted.
While we do offer the ability to return your item if you are unhappy with it, unfortunately, we are unable to reserve stock and offer a direct exchange for any online purchases. This is due to our high turnover of stock and item availability, therefore we cannot guarantee your item will be in stock by the time we receive your return and we will instead issue you a store credit.
CLOTHING REFUND
If returning; All products must be returned:
- Unworn and unwashed
- All tags attached with original packaging
- Free from make up and any scent (including deodorant, perfume or washing powder)
