Ready to Stick 'em?

Unless you are a legend at putting big stickers on, expect some bubbles… easy fix though.
Pin prick the bubble and push the air out. If you're nervous, we always recommend the wet application method.

Wet Application

Recommended for large - xlarge stickers on cars or windows.

How to:

1. Clean surface with soapy water only

2. Wet surface with water and a drop of dishwashing liquid

3. Peel backing paper back, and wet back of the sticker (the sticky side) with water

4. Float sticker on surface

5. Smooth out water bubbles with squidgy or card

6. Leave for 1 hour to dry

7. Peel off application tape off the top.

Dry Application

Recommended for small - medium stickers or surfboard applications

How to:

1. Clean surface with soapy water or methylated spirits only

2. Dry surface

3. Peel backing paper back

4. Stick top of sticker on surface

5. Slowly peel back and stick down

6. Smooth out

7. Peel off application tape off

Sticker Removal

Our stickers are made with strong, outdoor-grade adhesive so they stay put through sun, salt, and adventure. If you ever need to remove one, here’s the easiest way to do it.

How to:

1. Choose the right scraper
Use a plastic scraper for painted surfaces like cars, surfboards, drink bottles, or eskies.
metal scraper/blade can be used on glass windows only (such as car windows).

2. Gently scrape the sticker off
Carefully lift and scrape the sticker away from the surface.

3. Remove any leftover adhesive
Use methylated spirits or an adhesive remover with a cloth to remove any remaining sticky residue.

4. Finish with a clean
Wash the area with warm soapy water and dry.

Important

Metal blades should only be used on glass surfaces. They can scratch paint and other materials. If you’re unsure, always use a plastic scraper.

Sticker removal is done at your own risk. Sophie Fletcher Designs takes no responsibility for damage caused during the removal process. As surfaces and paints vary, we recommend testing removal methods in a small, inconspicuous area first.

Tip: Plastic scrapers, metal scrapers, and adhesive removers are commonly available at hardware stores like Bunnings.
