Designed & Made in Australia
All stickers are proudly designed and made on the Gold Coast, Australia.
All T-shirts and hats are also screen printed and embroidered locally on the Gold Coast.
Processing Time
Please allow 1–7 business days for processing before dispatch.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates & Options

Standard Shipping (Australia): $12–$12.50

Express Shipping (Australia): Flat rate of $16

International Shipping: From $25 (calculated at checkout)
All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
Delivery Estimates

Within Australia: Standard shipping typically takes 2–10 business days, depending on your location.

Express Post: Usually 1–4 business days in metro areas.

International: Up to 5 weeks, depending on your country’s customs and postal service.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by delays with Australia Post, international customs, or public holidays.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Please note:
Small and Medium stickers have a “Non-Tracked” shipping option available at checkout. This is a cheaper shipping method for smaller stickers.
If selected, you’ll still receive a confirmation email when your order is dispatched, but no tracking number will be provided.
This option can take longer than tracked post.
If you haven’t received your items after 10 business days, please reach out to us at info@sophiefletcherdesigns.comand we’ll look into it for you.
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly when placing your order.
We cannot resend orders if an incorrect address was provided.
For tracked orders, we’ll do our best to update the address if you contact us immediately after checkout, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been shipped.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe or Shopify Payments.
Shipping Issues
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact Australia Post first using your tracking number.

International Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes.
These are the responsibility of the buyer and are not covered by Sophie Fletcher Designs.
