Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

SECTION 4 – PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

All of our items are designed and made on the Gold Coast, Australia.

Sticker Use & Application

Our stickers are suitable for use on surfboards, skateboards, walls, windows, drink bottles, or even rubbish bins!
However, we cannot guarantee results on every surface — especially painted walls, textured surfaces, or Teflon-style finishes.
We will not refund for incorrect application or surface preparation.
Instructions are supplied with your order and available on our website.

Bubbles can sometimes occur during application. You can gently pin-prick and smooth them out if needed.

Product Colour

Colours may appear differently on-screen compared to the physical product. Refunds will not be issued due to screen colour variation.

Pricing & Availability

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Limitation of Liability for Sticker Application

By purchasing and using our stickers, you acknowledge that application is performed entirely at your own risk. Sophie Fletcher Designs is not responsible for any damage to walls, paint, surfaces, vehicles, or other materials resulting from the application, removal, or use of our stickers. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the surface is suitable, properly prepared, and compatible prior to application. Sophie Fletcher Designs shall not be held liable for any damage, loss, or costs associated with the use or misuse of our products.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Processing time: Please allow 1–7 business days for order processing.

  • Shipping within Australia: Standard shipping is $12–$12.50. Express shipping is available for $16.

  • International shipping: Starts from $25 (rates calculated at checkout).

  • Delivery times: Within Australia, standard shipping takes 2–14 business days. International orders can take up to 5 weeks.

Your order will be shipped via Australia Post.
If you need your item quickly and live in a metro area, please select the Express Post option at checkout.

Import Charges

If you’re ordering from overseas, please be aware that import duties or local taxes may apply. These charges are out of our control and must be paid by the customer.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS & REFUNDS

We hope you love your purchase!
However, if there’s a fault with the product or it’s not as described, we’ll happily replace or refund your item.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.

  • Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

Refunds and returns will not be accepted for:

  • Incorrect application of stickers.

  • Damage caused during sticker application.

  • Colour variations between on-screen and printed product.

  • Change-of-mind purchases.

Clothing Refunds

If returning apparel:

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed.

  • All tags must remain attached, with original packaging.

  • Items must be free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, or washing powder.

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If an item is returned, we’ll issue you a store credit instead due to our limited stock quantities.

SECTION 7 – PAYMENT SECURITY

Payments are securely processed through Stripe or Shopify Payments.
Your credit card information is encrypted and not stored on our servers.
