All our products are made with care, and we want you to be completely happy with your order.
If there’s ever a problem, please reach out — we’ll always do our best to help within the guidelines below.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at info@sophiefletcherdesigns.com.
We’ll review your request and, once approved, will arrange a replacement or refund.
Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if possible.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Buyers are responsible for return postage (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).
Change of Mind
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect application of stickers.
Please read the sticker application instructions carefully before use to ensure the best result.
Refunds or replacements will not be accepted for:

Incorrect application

Damage caused during application

Surface preparation issues (paint, texture, etc.)
Clothing Returns
If returning a T-shirt, crop, or hat, items must be:

Unworn and unwashed

All tags attached and in original packaging

Free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, or washing powder scents
If approved, a store credit will be issued.
Due to our limited edition production, we cannot guarantee your size or style will be available for direct exchange.
How to Start a Return

Email info@sophiefletcherdesigns.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll confirm your eligibility and provide the return address.

Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund, replacement, or store credit as applicable.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to complete the transaction.
Sale Items & Gift Cards
Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or credited.
