If you purchased standard post (no tracking) within Australia there is no tracking number. Contact us if you haven’t received them within 10 business days from receiving your fulfilment email.
If you purchased express or international post your item has a tracking number, we can:

Standard shipping within Australia is $12 - $12.50. To upgrade to Express shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $16.
International orders ship from $25. Shipping options are available once you’re at checkout.
Please note: We offer a Non Tracked and cheaper shipping option for small and medium stickers only. We send them via Australia Post in a stamped envelope. This takes longer than tracked letters and has no tracking number.

Within Australia, orders usually arrive within 2–10 business days. International orders can take 2–5 weeks depending on your location.
Please allow 1-7 business days for processing.

We want you to love your purchase! If your item arrives faulty or not as described, please contact info@sophiefletcherdesigns.com within 30 days and we’ll sort it out. Change-of-mind or incorrect sticker application can’t be refunded, so please read the instructions before applying. For clothing, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition for a store credit.

Stickers
Yes! All stickers are made using high-quality, long-lasting vinyl that’s waterproof, UV resistant, and designed to handle the Aussie outdoors — from surfboards to drink bottles to car windows.
All designs are printed on clear vinyl, so the colour or texture of the surface underneath shows through the art. Just note: black on clear won’t show up on black surfaces, and white on clear won’t show up on white ones.
Tip: choose white on clear for your car window :)

These stickers stick really well to most clean, smooth surfaces — like glass, metal, plastic, and cars. Just avoid wash-and-wear paints (Teflon) or any chipped paint, as removing the sticker later could lift it off. Most designs are black on clear, so they can be hard to see on car windows — but the white version looks awesome there! These stickers are made to stick and stay put.
But you can pretty much stick them anywhere!

Yes, but only on the plastic underneath your surfboard! They will not stick to the foam on top.
Yep! You can still get those perfect wax bumps right over the top. The stickers are super thin, so you’ll hardly notice them under your wax. I recommend using a softer wax to avoid scratching or smudging the design. If you’re re-waxing, just use your wax scraper to gently remove the wax from on top the sticker design outwards, rather than scrapping into the sticker and risking peeling it up. These stickers are tough and made to handle it!
Unfortunately not, they are made to last a long time on the original surface you decide to stick it on. When you peel them off, the vinyl will stretch as they were stuck on well in the beginning.
Yes — they can be peeled off gently without leaving sticky residue. If it’s been on for a while, please expect some adhesive residue and dusty outline of the sticker - grab some methaylated spirits to rub it off and a bit of warm soapy water to clean.
Car sticker removal:
Car window: - you can use a metal blade to remove stickers from the window (it wont scratch glass).
Car body (paint work): plastic blade for the paint work (body of the car) - dont use metal as this will stratch the car.

Some designs (like the Yura Tee) are a heavier cotton, while others (like the Cassie Tee) are lighter and perfect for summer days. Each product description includes fabric weight and fit details.
All apparel is designed by me and screenprinted in small batches right here on the Gold, Coast Australia. We also do the inhouse tags sewing and labels here on the Gold Coast also.
Our 100% cotton blanks come from Honduras.
Cold wash inside out, and hang dry in the shade to keep your tee looking fresh for years. Avoid harsh detergents or the dryer.
No, our tees are pre-shrunk.
Yes — if your item doesn’t fit or you change your mind, just reach out within 14 days of receiving it and we’ll sort it out. (Please make sure the item is unworn and unwashed.)
